It all started when our two founders, Sergi and Bernat, both working for large MNCs in Marketing and Brand Management, realised the limitations of traditional research methodologies. 

THE FOUNDATION – 2006

Having absolute faith in Research, and yet convinced that traditional methods could be improved upon, Relevance was formed in 2006, in Barcelona

Relevance Tags(R) introduced a fresh approach that added qualitative depth to the robustness of Quantitative research.

Along with its Research and Brand Consultancy, Relevance also built its capability around Sports and Sponsorship Marketing, as they established themselves in the European market.

THE EXPANSION – 2011-2013

Relevance started by serving clients in Spain, followed by Western Europe, as it consolidated its position among global competitors. The next plunge was into North America, and soon after, South America. 

The São Paulo office was opened in 2011 to better serve the growing business in Brazil and Latin America. 

The call for Asia came soon after, and Relevance Asia opened in 2013 in Singapore.

THE PROGRESSION – 2014 ONWARDS

Through its three offices on three continents, Relevance was better equipped to cater to a growing number of clients, even beyond these three continents. 

The demand spread beyond traditional consumer industries, as numerous clients across sectors were added to the client list, as were new markets and languages. 

One and a half decades since its inception, Relevance has now worked across the globe in over 40 countries, in more than 25 languages.

Our team consists of a group of excellent strategists, designers, writers, researchers, engineers, marketing specialists, programmers and business analysts, from different parts of the world.
